What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that occur during normal domestic use. Examples may include:

  • Structural frame failures
  • Manufacturing faults in materials or workmanship
  • Faulty hardware or mechanisms (where applicable)
  • Manufacturing defects in stitching or construction

If a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, Casa Outlet Furniture will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product;
  • Replace the affected part or product; or
  • Offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

What Isn't Covered

Our warranty does not cover issues resulting from normal use, accidental damage, or circumstances outside of manufacturing defects.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use
  • Fabric pilling, fading, stretching or natural softening over time
  • Scratches, dents, chips or marks occurring after delivery
  • Damage caused by pets, insects or animals
  • Stains, spills, burns or water damage
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning products or chemicals
  • Incorrect assembly or installation by anyone other than an authorised installer
  • Misuse, abuse or use outside normal domestic purposes
  • Exposure to excessive sunlight, moisture, extreme temperatures or weather conditions (unless specifically designed for outdoor use)
  • Modifications, alterations or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons
  • Commercial, rental, display or business use
  • Damage caused by moving or transporting the furniture after delivery
  • Natural characteristics of timber, leather, stone and other materials, including grain variation, colour variation, knots, texture differences or minor movement over time
  • Mattress or seating comfort preferences where no manufacturing defect exists
  • Minor body impressions that fall within normal industry tolerances
  • Clearance, floor stock or "as-is" products where defects were disclosed prior to purchase

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Our warranty operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact support@casaoutletfurniture.com.au as soon as possible.

To help us assess your claim, please provide:

  • Your order/invoice number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and the affected area
  • Any additional information that may assist our assessment

We may request further information or arrange an inspection where required.

Important Information

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Warranty is not transferable.
  • Products must be used for normal residential purposes unless otherwise specified.
  • Claims should be made as soon as the issue is identified to prevent further damage.
  • Failure resulting from misuse, neglect or improper care may void the warranty.
