Do you deliver Australia-wide?

We currently deliver within the Melbourne metropolitan area only. 

Rural Victoria Deliveries

If you are located in rural Victoria, please contact us at sales@casaoutletfurniture.com.au with the products you wish to purchase and your delivery address. Our team will be happy to provide you with a personalised delivery quote.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within the Melbourne metropolitan area typically takes 3–10 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Will my order arrive in multiple packages?

Some orders may be shipped separately depending on stock availability and warehouse locations.

Do you deliver upstairs or into apartments?

Standard delivery is to the ground floor/front entrance only unless otherwise arranged.

Please ensure your furniture can fit through hallways, staircases, elevators, and entryways before placing your order.

Are product colours accurate?

We do our best to display colours accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and fabric batches.

Are measurements exact?

All dimensions listed on our website are approximate and may vary slightly.

Is assembly required?

Some furniture items may require partial assembly. Assembly instructions will be included where applicable.

Are cushions and accessories included?

Only items listed in the product description are included unless otherwise stated.

Assembly

Do your products require assembly?

Some of our furniture requires assembly, while others only need minimal setup.

• Products marked "Knockdown (KD)" in the product description are supplied flat packed and require full assembly. These products typically involve assembling the main structure and are ideal for customers who are comfortable with DIY assembly.
• Most other products arrive largely pre-assembled and only require light assembly. This may include attaching legs, handles, headboards, shelves or other small components before the product is ready to use.

If you would prefer not to assemble your furniture yourself, you can select our Luxe Delivery service at checkout. Our experienced delivery team will deliver your furniture to your chosen room, assemble it, and remove the packaging, so it's ready to enjoy.
